Painting inspired by elements of Christopher Doyle’s cinematography at Wong Kar Wai’s film set. In this piece i am exploring how colour affects emotion and how it can create context for the painting, with the goal of creating a narrative for the viewer to interpret.  Additionally finding inspiration from the Pre- Raphaelite art movement.
